In April 2020 we gave the keynote address and helped organize the first-ever Behavioral Science Hackathon at the Center for Social and Behavioral Science (at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign).

During the Hackathon five teams of researchers and practitioners from Urbana-Champaign worked together on concrete projects that benefited local organizations, such as creating new surveys to effectively gather feedback from clients and other local service-providers.

Our keynote at the beginning covered the fundamentals for how teams of people with diverse forms of knowledge and experience successfully collaborate. It was "news you can use" for teams as they embarked on their 90-minute collaborations.
