Our kick-off workshop was designed for r4i members interested in civic and political engagement outside of elections. Over 100 people attended, with half being academics and half working with nonprofits or governments.

The bulk of the agenda focused on the process of collaborating. A total of seven flash talks from leading academics and practitioners discussed tips for successful collaborations across spaces as well as potential challenges to anticipate and avoid. Click here to view their slides.
We are in the process of planning future workshops, which will take place in other locations and be organized for r4i members with different substantive interests. We also warmly invite r4i members to propose ideas for workshops as well. If you have ideas, please get in touch!
